……Began in April, and came to completion in July. The shoes were donated from W.I.N. (a charitable organization for women in need), and were all shoes that were not saleable. We kept a basket full of shoes for people to choose from, and then wishes were made, shoes were tossed, and donations were collected. Thus a community sculpture was created!
