Summer is here with new works by The Superior staff!... Come down and see our multi media art show! Wonder through the restaurant to get a closer look, and read the artist's statements. Don't forget to take a Superior postcard before you leave! Each card is a unique piece of art created by Michael Jess and is yours to share with others.... send a friend your thoughts the old fashion way, they will appreciate it!

The Superior has been open for 5 years now...... and is planning to complete it's culinary canvas and start another! A new location, new menu, new name, new concept, SAME VISIONARY AND CHEF! For those of you who have been with us since the beginning, or recently discovered us and love what we do, and would like to stay in the loop as this beautiful new canvas takes shape.... please sign up to our mailing list for further updates. Until the building sells The Café will not be going anywhere, and we will let you know when and if this happens. Until then.... we remain inspired to do what we do!

The Shoe Tree has come down!!.... Michael Winkle of Celtic Tree Services brought our beloved sculpture down, enabling the last phase of this charity project to commence. The Shoes have all been sent to Peru through Stelly's School....and so they have been given a new lease on life! Many of you may not know this but our tree was dead,and for safety reasons needed to come down. 

Saturday Jazz with Copecetic..... 12-2pm

The Superior is family friendly!..... We invite you to bring your children for free ice cream after dinner from 5pm to 6:30pm nightly! There is always a toy box to be explored, the occasional friendship to be made, and perhaps a break for Mom and Dad. 

The Bill Johnson Band has been chosen by the Victoria Blues Society to represent BC in the 2011 International Blues Challenge in Memphis!... Together with VBS, we are excited to announce that we are fundraising to send the Bill Johnson Blues Band to Memphis! Donations to support our local Sunday night Superior Blues guitarist Bill Johnson can be left at the cafe. Catch this Blues sensation at the café every Sunday through August.  By donation.
